Inclusive Service Standards New Online Portal |
|
|
|

|
|
|
The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing is hosting a series of webinars on its new Inclusive Service Standards Portal. The portal provides an easy means by which aged care services can track their progress against the Inclusive Service Standards, and access tools and resources designed to assist them in implementing and monitoring inclusive service strategies and practices. The portal is free to access.
You will be able to register for one of 3 sessions on offer. |

The webinar will:
- provide an overview of the Inclusive Service Standards;
- demonstrate how to access and use the new portal;
- introduce new tip sheets and templates embedded within the portal;
- highlight how the Inclusive Service Standards relate directly to the Aged Care Quality Standards.

|
|
|
|
|
This webinar is designed for senior leaders and managers responsible for meeting aged care quality standards in government approved residential, Home Care and CHSP aged services across Australia. |
|
|
|
|
|
Pre-webinar questionnaire and activity
|
|
Participants will be invited to complete a short pre-webinar questionnaire. The questionnaire will be sent to participants via email prior to the commencement date.
We also invite participants to complete the Inclusive Service Standards Online Training Modules before attending this webinar. These modules can be completed for free on the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing website. |

The webinar will be facilitated by team members of the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing and feature a presentation from BNG NGO Services Online. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
FREE registration, however booking is essential.
Participants limited to 15 per session. Due to limited numbers you will only be allowed to attend ONE session and only ONE representative from each organisation will be accepted. |
